Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings defined below:
- Platform – the online service operated at https://playwrightmaster.com, through which Users can access digital educational products and services.
- User – any individual visiting or interacting with the Platform, including those who browse the website without registering or purchasing.
- Customer – any User who completes a purchase, creates an account, subscribes to a newsletter, or otherwise engages with paid or gated content.
- Provider – the entity legally responsible for maintaining and operating the Platform, namely Testoneo sp. z o.o., ul. Leśna 79, 41-412 Mysłowice, NIP: 2220916676, REGON: 38470254600000, referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our” in this document.
- Product / Course – any digital content available for purchase or access on the Platform, including but not limited to: video lessons, documents, source code, exercises, quizzes, or bundled educational services.
Registration and User Account
To access paid or restricted content, you must create a personal user account by providing a valid email address and a password.
Account Creation
- You must be at least 16 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent.
- You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.
- Each account is assigned to a single individual and must not be shared or used by multiple users.
Account Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Block accounts used for unauthorized sharing or multiple access points
- Reject any registration attempt at our sole discretion
Course Access and Payments
By purchasing a course or product, you are granted limited, individual access under the following conditions:
Pricing and Payments
- All prices are clearly listed in PLN and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
- Access is granted after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery
- Course access is typically delivered digitally via your user account within minutes after payment.
- If technical delays occur, we aim to resolve them within 5 working days.
Access Duration
Unless otherwise specified:
- Access is lifetime for the registered user, subject to continued platform operation and compliance with these Terms.
- In the case of time-limited products (e.g., bootcamps, subscription plans), the access period will be clearly stated in the product description.
We reserve the right to:
- Make updates or improvements to course content
- Add or remove non-core materials without notice
- Migrate accounts during platform changes with equivalent access maintained
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), individual consumers have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of the transaction unless one of the following conditions applies:
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
- You explicitly consented to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal by starting the course.
- You accessed or downloaded any part of the digital product after purchase.
By purchasing and accessing digital products on our Platform, you acknowledge that:
“You lose the right to withdraw once digital content has been delivered and accessed, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.”
How to Withdraw (If Applicable)
If you are eligible to withdraw:
- Send a clear statement of withdrawal to:
- Include your name, email, and order number
- We will confirm the refund decision within 5 working days
Intellectual Property and Content Usage
Ownership and Copyright
All materials available on https://playwrightmaster.com, including but not limited to videos, exercises, PDFs, graphics, source code, quizzes, downloadable resources, and written lessons (“Content”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Testoneo or its licensors.
All content is protected by international copyright laws and may not be:
- Shared publicly or privately
- Resold or sublicensed
- Uploaded to any platform or shared via file transfer
- Translated, modified, or adapted for public use
- Used for commercial training purposes or institutional use without express written consent
Personal, Non-Transferable License
By purchasing access to a course or bundle, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Content solely for your own learning purposes. This means:
- The course is licensed to a single individual only
- Access is tied to the unique email address used at registration
- Multi-user access from shared logins is strictly prohibited
- Purchase by one person does not entitle multiple individuals (e.g. a team or classroom) to use the materials
If multiple people (e.g. coworkers, students, family members) require access, each must purchase their own license.
Detection and Enforcement
We monitor access behavior and technical usage to detect violations such as:
- Unusual IP or device usage
- Simultaneous logins from different locations
- Download scraping or automation
If unauthorized sharing or access is detected, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or permanently disable the account without refund
- Pursue legal action under intellectual property law
- Invoice the license fee retroactively for each unauthorized user
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share login credentials with others
- Use your account for group or institutional access
- Circumvent platform protections, download restrictions, or licensing rules
- Publish course solutions, materials, or recordings publicly or behind logins
- Assist others in violating these terms (e.g. by distributing copied materials)
Legal Reminder
Violating these terms may result in civil or criminal penalties under applicable copyright and licensing laws. We take protection of our educational content seriously to ensure fairness for all students.
Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure the quality and availability of the platform, but:
- We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control.
- We do not guarantee that our content will meet your specific goals or expectations.
- In no case shall our liability exceed the amount paid for access to the service.
